Falkenburg - at last!

Sorry about spelling - done fairly quickly and assume that everyone will know what I'm talking about. If Ochse has zoigl, there's no sign when you're inside but our visit was fairly brief. Talking of Schwaben/B-W, one of my fellow guests brought a bottle from Brauerei Schlossle, Sulzbach an Murr, which we polished off last Thursday night. Actually, none of the zoigl-land residents liked it at all, which left plenty for me. Hard to describe (and remember!), but it was a helles, quite hoppy but with a rather odd background taste that we couldn't really identify. The brauerei website says that they charge €3 a seidl, which was a bit of an eye opener for Eschawo stube keepers.
