Hi Mark, it would be nice to meet You again. I suggest You (and others) the "Fränkisches Bierfest" in Nurembourg from 22. bis 26. Juni 2011. Website: http://www.bierfest-nürnberg.de/index.html Youtube-Video from this beer festival 2009 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ETe5fYA3xE&feature=autoshare Opening times: Wednesday: 5 p.m. Thursday: 11 a.m. Friday: 2 p.m Saturday: 2 p.m. Sunday: 11 a.m. No entrance fee, 30 breweries, over 100 different beers, nice food. Most breweries from middle franconia, p.e. Schanzenbräu, Nürnberg-Gostenhof. Wonderful atmosphere. In the City of Nürnberg, but but quiet in the castle moat. I will visit this festival, but I do not know on what day.
