| If I remember correctly, You can get it in the brewpub of the brewery Grasser at Huppendorf. http://www.huppendorfer-bier.de/ We (Café Abseits) have it also on our menu (4,50 Euro). But if someone wants ham and cheese - should be no problem. Historically this food comes from Saxonia and Berlin. But now You find the "Strammer Max" in all parts of Germany (more in pubs than in restaurants). There are many local variations: - names like Stramme Lotte, Stramme Luise oder Strammer Otto - ingredients (Leberkäse - Meatloaf, Plockwurst - Plock sausage, Salami - salami, Käse - Cheese) http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strammer_Max "Max" is a nickname for a penis.
