Yep. Train to Wiesau, then a bus direction Tirschenreuth to "Falkenberg Ort". Bus takes about 10 minutes. Lines 6267 or 6288. Take care, there is also line 6276 (!) that takes you to Mitterteich. http://www.rbo.de/ostbayernbus/view/index.shtml Go to Fahrplandownload, type in Falkenberg and you will get links to the timetables (pdf).
