| Note with particular attention the type of drinking vessel I mentioned: "...but here, we can sit outside with a glass of Pils, Kellerbier, or my trans-Atlantic [boy's bitter]..." As in, a glass glass, ein Glas aus Glas. Okay, admittedly the experiment hasn't been made yet auf dem Keller in Stiebarlimbach oder in Geisfeld, since Steinkrüge are used there, but here at home, keine Steinkrüge. I asked the little woman about this earlier tonight and she agreed that she hasn't noticed any skunkiness over here. Curious... |
