I'd say Barfüßer should not even be mentioned! Altstadthof is indeed the place for the first-time Biertourist in Nürnberg, but if one really has only an hour, even the U-Bahn would still leave a good 10-15 minutes' walk each way. With two hours, OTOH...also the Bierparadies location right near Rothenburger Straße is nice with a barrel under gravity pour from a rotating small Landbrauerei.
