Visit to Eschawo

Departure day for our latest excursion to Zoigl land fast approaching. We arrive in Leipheil (I don't supposed we have any followers there, though Hirschbrau is certainly worth a visit if you're anywhere near) on Wednesday May 25, and Eschawo on Friday May 27. We leave on Saturday June 25. This means that we will be able to visit all the zoiglstube and also, hopefully, a few more far flung places. The one place that we definitely want to get to is Falkenberg. Looking a the train/buses (6267), it seems to me that it is possible to do the round trip on a Friday June 17 (or stay overnight and come back on Saturday morning). Nick, could you remind me: you went by bike from Falk to Esch - was it a difficult ride - i.e. very hilly, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for two 60+ people of dubious fitness? We would be delighted to meet anyone forum-followrs who might be in or near Eschawo at the time and/or in other places in Franken. John and Fred: I think that a meet up in Bamberg is unlikely because of our/your schedules. But, if you just happen to be in Nuremburg on Friday May 25, we will be passing through there and could arrange a stop off during the afternoon.
