There are two kinds: a 10'r with 10 strips for variable length trips for 9,40 € and a 5'r with five strips for 5 "short" (denoted "K" for kurz/short) trips for 6,80 €. You could buy one of each and use the 10'r for the Bamberg - Hirschaid leg (stamp 3 strips on the platform before boarding) and the Herrnsdorf - Bamberg leg (the driver will stamp 4 strips for you if there's no machine on the bus for it). Then use the 5'r for the bus trips to Röbersdorf and Herrnsdorf, respectively. This would cost more than buying single tickets, though might save you some hassle. And use the remaining stamps for other rides. And strangely, that line 11.00 981 line does not show up in the trip planner, just under the list of lines at http://vgn.de/komfortauskunft/ttb/?lineName=981&exactMatch=1&sessionID=0 . |
