How to see a few of the Bamberg Breweries

As far as I know none of the breweries do a tour in the usual sense.ie being able to book a tour as and when.as Uncle Jimbo posted earlier,the best way is to approach them direct.and just ask if it is possible to look around.You can get a close look at the brewing equipment at Ambrausianum,and Spezial.if you are lucky they will be brewing when you are there.(out back in the garden). The other option I would try is to contact the tourist office and explain what you are looking to do,as sometimes the breweries do closed tours for local groups of different sorts.and they may be able to arrange for you to tag along.
