Hey there was someone who posted about that Hirschbräu in the past--was that you? Unfiltered Hell und Dunkel...I've had enough already. More for you! ;) Had our first visit to the Griess Keller in Geisfeld of the Saison today, after a 3 hour bike tour thither. It was outSTANDing. Not just the beer, but the weather and the Keller in general as well. Easily the best beer in Franken at this time: hoppy, malty, bitter, dry, and wonderfully balanced, with no defects like DMS, diacytel, aceta-apple-hyde, or whatever else one runs into all too often. Price unchanged from last year too: 3,80 € per litre. Pity it's so strong though at nearly 5%!
