Sure Diller will be open. Diller is more or less on the way to Kemmern. You can take the woodland trail (probably best to ask at the keller) or cross back over the Main and turn immediately left and follow the cycle path signs. This is the easier (but less exciting) route. Either way, it shouldn't take you more than 40 minutes - under noranl sober circumstances. Wagner is lovely. Isn't the brewery at Breitengussbach closed? Whatever, from Kemmern to B/bach is another 30 minutes or so, following the cycle path. All nice walks on the level. If you're in Hallstadt, the keller behind the St. Georges Buttenheim pub is quite pleasant and, of course, you should go in Goldene Lowen.
