Frankfurt morning departure – what to do?

The only Apfelwein restaurant that I have been to more than once is Fichte Kränzi (you can find it listed on BeerAdvocate.com). There are a few more well known places listed in the guide books. Don't stay out too late. For an 11 am flight, you are going to want to be at Frankfurt airport by 9 am at the latest. The airport is huge, with a lot of walking.
