| Thanks guys. Having checked train times, at the moment, Amberg might be favourite. However, a couple of alternatives have come to mind. First, Forcheim - would this be a good place for a couple of nights? We can be there quicker on our arrival and it's not so far from Eschawo. Also, there is plenty of accommodation and I'm sure that our weird dietary needs can be accommodated! Second, Neuhaus-an-der-Pegnitz: Steve Thomas questions whether Kaiser-Brau supply the 4 pubs formerly supplied by the Kommunbrauerei but their website suggests otherwise. Anybody know? Neuhaus may be a bit limited, specially for grub, etc. Appreciate views from those who have been there recently. Thanks again. |
