| The search goes on. Tomorrow we'll visit one of the most old fashioned looking breweries in the western Fichtelgebirge: Trassl-Bräu, Hütten. That's a small three-houses-or-so village between Warmensteinach and Fichtelberg. I passed the brewery hundreds of times when driving to my then-girlfriend in Wunsiedel and always wanted to taste the beer - but never did. I'm expecting a very interesting beer!
