Danke Gerhard. I'm not yet sure when I will be in Bamberg (again). As a matter of fact I'm in Schlenkerla right now (enjoying the Fastenbier), but will go back to my hotel in Ebenhausen shortly. The beer there is not so great (Will, Motten), but the chef not only cooks (quite well, judging from what I had last night) but he also runs a distillery. He even lagers some of the Brände in oak .......
