Regular shops almost never have bottles out of season, at least IME. For one thing, the "shelf life" dates ("haltbar bis") on the labels must be adhered to by law. IOW, it is technically illegal for a shop to sell a bottle with a shelf life date of 31 March on 01 April...and I think many winter beers have only a few months for shelf life dates. There are a couple of people around who will have some winter beers available to trade and share though! ;)
