Fred - question re Dublin

Just read your interesting blog on the Dublin trip. You know far more places than me and I live here! Well, actually nearly 200 miles away and I don't really like big cities. One question: I was fascinated by all the beers that it is possible to drink, things have changed a lot since I used to spend a bit of time there. But, scrutinising all the photo's, it seems that all the dispense is by some kind of CO2 pressure. Is that right? I have never, ever, found a pub in Ireland that uses hand pumps. Sad really.
