1 liter for 4,90 €...that is nearly Erlangen pricing, I'll feel right at home! Wait...you must mean 1 Liter for 3,90 €. Must have been a long day out with the Yanks for you. :) I assume Treberschnitzel is breaded (paniert) with milled Weizenmalz? If so, this reminds me of the Karpfenfilet at Brauhaus am Kreuzberg, which is excellent. (Barley malt husks are too hard for use in breading like this, according to Norbert at Kreuzberg, hence Weizenmalt.)
