Link Problems

The problem is the "&" in the address. A long time ago I was worried about things that don't seem to be problems these days and included so code to do some checking if links in posts. It has problems with the "&" since that is a URL separator. Unfortunately I can't fix it from here. The quickest solution would be fore somebody to use a link shortener and post that here. But I don't know if they work with Facebook.
