PluralE auf Deutsch...book clarification

I really appreciate this, Nick, but feel that, at my advanced phase of life, I'd prefer to learn mein Deutsche (in either Franken or Oberpflaz dialect) sitting around ein Stamtisch, where they don't seem to worry too much about exactitudes! Seriously, I hope that I can get to Eschawo for an extended period and spend, say, an hour each day in conversation 'classes', then the rest of the time, walking in the Waldnaabtal, swimming in the Freibad and carousing in the Zoiglstube!
