Thanks Elisha - yes, I probably will have a go at a grain brew next time. That is, if, my 'Great Expectations' suceeds. Probably won't ry a Hefeweizen, as it is not my favourite type of beer and there are plenty to go at. I've been in Faessla many times (also the one in Hallstadt) - I like the beer but it is always served with a little too much CO2 (IMHO). Hope to be in Bamberg in May/June - maybe only a short visit from Eschawo. Your Englishis excellent - well done/
