Weyermann beers @ Café Abseits

The description of Weyermann says: "8 kg/hl mashed raspberries in fermentation tank". But I don't know if they have mashed fresh oder frozen raspberries themselves or have bought purée. I will aks Oliver Honsel, the brewmaster.
