| Remember the occasion with great affection! Let's face it, good company and excellent 'U' was all that was required. However, when you are squeezed out of the inner sanctum or, more acurately, asked to move, not too politely, into the outer wilderness to make way for a corporate party, and there are just the two of you out there and then, to add insult to injury, they start giving you bottled 'U' (a very poor substitute for the real thing) because the fass has run out a 8.30 p.m., it's time to bid farewell, which we did! So, I think we moved across the road to Keesman, where the service is always good and polite and the customers friendly. Wonder why we prefer Mahrs? Guess we're just perverse. |
