Yup. I think most local micro breweries here in the US allow you to go into the brewery and get your growlers refilled or buy new ones. Here on Cape Cod the local brewery Cape Cod Beer has a eco-friendly policy of giving customers a discount if you're refilling your existing growlers rather than buying a new one. The thing I like most about it though is you're getting the beer fresh from the brewery tap.
