Meeting a chimney sweep used to be a good luck thing in the UK but I don't think that they really exist any more. Replaced by industrial cleaners - bit like keg beer replacing real ale. Seem to have got a studio apartment in Uccle, which is a bit out but convenient for P/lad. Sorry, wrong forum but getting confused because of membership overlap.
