Zoigl Article, Lautering Terminology

Ja, I didn't actually read any of it except where I saw references to mashing and lautering, and at the top, I saw "Windischeschenbach". The photos remind me of a 45 minute tv show on Zoiglbier that's run on BR3 a couple of times--they could be excerpts. I've got the show recorded, but haven't got round to making subtitles for it. (And I may very well never!)
