"Trübwürze"

I've just heard of this term from a brewer in training (Schule in Würzburg, Lehre bei Steinbach). He says they say they "pump the Trübwürze" back to the Läuterbottich. Makes sense to me, much more so than the misnomer "Vorlauf-en".
