Fischkerwa

I thought maybe "Kerwa" was Franconian and other spellings were from other dialects, like Badisch, Schwäbisch, or Hessisch, where I've also heard them say "K#rwa". Interesting. So is a Fischkerwa like a regular Kerwa, but with stick-fish instead of Wurschd?
