Why do you want to go by taxi? |

| For what it's worth, my wife's cousin was an air stewardess (or whatever they call these ladies nowadays) for 35 years and her advice was to try and live by local time, as Nick says. I only had to try it once (London - Los Angeles), arriving 16.00 in LA heat from London cold, went to ? del Mar, had some beer (not good but beer anyway) and food; went bed about 11 p.m. Got up following day at 8 a.m., went to several meetings, flew up in afternoon to San Francisco, had a meeting, went out on the town 'til 4 a.m. Got up next next day at 11 a.m., flew to NYC, had more meetings on the following day and returned to London following day - Absolutely knackered! But I was young then and quickly recovered. |
