| There are branches of two chains of organic shops in Bamberg (one new, maybe both?) which are quite large, and might be the best bet for interesting vegan options: http://www.ebl-naturkost.de/unsere_maerkte The ebl shop claims to have a new imbiss and bakery, but I've never been there. http://www.denns-biomarkt.de/12074_Bamberg.html The Denn's shop is right by the new Best Western hotel, also with a bakery...6% rebate on purchases over 50€ on Thursdays! http://www.bioendres.de/anfahrt.php I've been there once, but I was also with my car underway (to pick up a sack of Pale Ale Malz at Weyermann, actually). http://www.pamina-bio.de/anfahrt.php Never been to this one. Bio is booming, as they say, and the supermarket chains like Aldi, Edeka, Norma, etc., also carry quite a few things, and notably cheaper than the Bio shops. |
