Nick - any beer advice for an ex-pat from Seattle?

Nope, strictly voluntary. All are family, friends, fellow brew club members, etc. No plans outside of Bamberg, enough to do here for the first (or second) time visitors. It's been interesting: I had 18 seat reservations on the Brussels-Köln ICE last Monday -- the one canceled by the strike in Belgium. Managed to get almost everybody on the Sunday train instead -- and got a refund (after much talk) from DB for reservations. Fun stuff :) Schlenkerla Ur Bock and Fässla Bambergator are very good this year. Also managed some Schlenkerla Eiche from the lager tank...
