It's not very likely to see ICE trains through the tunnel. The tunnel itself should be no problem, but the free light profile (I'm not sure it that's the correct term though - the height above the tracks and width to the sides of the tracks, i.e. platforms, overhead line portals and tunnels) of the (standard) railways in the UK is too limited for the standard rolling stock of ICE. Apart from the taste of the voltage on the overhead wires of course, and the signal system compatibility.
