| Hi Jürgen, On the Hannlakeller (Wagner, Oberhaid) I like their Kellerbier very much. It tastes like a flower meadow! So bad how much drinkers say the Oberhaider beer isn´t. In bottles it is barely drinkable, but on the Keller it is much better. Your assumption, that the beer, for example at Baunach, is so bad because of the dispense pipes, I don´t think that this the reason for the "vinegar" at Baunach. The beer at Baunach tastes like it is very very old :-) Also Herrnsdorf: The beer "fall over" after 2-3 weeks! Also the bottled beer! Herrnsdorf doesn´t have dispense pipes, the beer in the tap is bottled (Dunkel, Rauch, Weizen) or comes directly out of the barrel (Lager Hell). Unfortenatley, also in the tap you often get upset beer. When the beer is fresh, it is one of my favourite beers in Franconia! |
