I find the Zeugel to lack maltiness, and there's an astringency which I think is related, as it's not like a hop astringency. The EXTR3M3 BE3RS he does are world class, if you like that sort of thing. Speaking of brewing, I just picked up a couple of pounds of 2010 harvest Centennial and Cascade hops from Oregon at the Zollamt (customs). I wager I'll be the only person for many kilometers around brewing a UK-style low-gravity pale ale with Oregonian hops tomorrow...
