Somewhat OT: For sour-beer drinkers

The style approximated is akin to an Berliner Weisse, at slightly higher strength of 4.5% ABV. It's tasty on its own ("pur"), and can also be mixed with the usual sweeteners (raspberry or woodruff syrup). The fun thing with this one, as with Gose, is to mix it with a shot of Allasch, a sweet-ish caraway schnapps. It makes for a great nightcap.
