Free Wifi in Bamberg?

When Dan and I were there in May there was a pub on Luitpoldstrasse that has the Fässla gnome painted on the window that had free Wifi. It was pretty smokey then, but maybe won't be now due to the smoking law changes?? You can even get reception outside the window in the alley if you don't want to go in and don't mind sitting on the sidewalk. It was raining so we went inside. Anyway, it is on the right side of Luitpoldstrasse heading towards the train station from Fässla and Spezial. Can't remember the name for the life of me.
