Sandkerwa: Some food recommendations

Thanks Don and Nick, hope to meet you in a few weeks - well-fed and watered, of course! Slightly different question now: it turns out (silly me for not checking thoroughly!) that our fewo is in Dorfleins, not Hallstadt. I remeber that, when we walked to Hallstadt on a blazing hot day, we looked across the river and decided that it was a bit much to add to our walk. But now we will get plenty of opportunity to sample its wares. So, I'm thinking that, for out of town excursions, we should concentrate on those breweries on the Hallstadt side of things. Anyone loke to forward recomendations?
