Parking at Fässla

Fred beats me here - but his information is correct. If you come from the north and do not know your way, just follow the main street Obere Königstrasse, if you get past Fässla, turn 3 times first left (Luitpoldstrasse->Mittelstrasse->Letzengasse), then you'll see the back of the brewery and the entrance to the parking (which may be fenced, but if you're staying at Fässla you'll have a key). Getting there from the north from Siechenstrasse directly into Mittelstrasse is tricky through the backstreets - only recommended for "Ortskündige". From Bamberg Hbf it is down Luitpoltstrasse, right turn at the traffic lights into Mittelstrasse, then left into Letzengasse, and then again after some 100 m you're at the back of the brewery.
