If bierkeller.de (now bierfranken.eu) doesn't offer any information, then I think only a phone call will help. Maybe somebody should ring him up... The article explains that it's unfortunate that so many of his regular customers are just "passing through" and not Franconians, since they're interested in only one kind of beer: Pils. This forced him to stop brewing his "smooth" Märzen, which means he has only two beers: the Pils and the malty Urtyp ("original type").
