| 1. It's either Nürnberg, Nuernberg or Nuremberg ;) 2. The public transport system is called Verkehrsverbund Grossraum Nürnberg, short VGN. 3. In Bamberg city you still have the local tickets. As soon as you get out, e.g to Memmelsdor or Bischberg or further, the VGN tariff applies. Day tickets (Tagesticket Plus) are available for zones 1&2, 3&4, 5-7 or all of the VGN area. http://www.vgn.de/produkte/tagestickets/plus/ Please note that Bamberg is in the northwest of the VGN, "border" station are Oberhaid, Ebern and Zapfendorf. |
