| I only found one at 10- something but that would be ok. We are flying out of Altenburg and there is a bus from Alt bhf at 17.15, on which I assume we could use our Lande karte but not the train ticket. Bu the fare is only €3.50 and the 10- train is much quicker and avoids too many changes. We are flying into Hahn and then have a tricky journey to Bamberg. The shuttle arrives at F-A/M hbf at 18.00 (but traiffic at that time could be bad), then the train leaves at 18.34 - maybe tight. To compound problems, we have to buy tickets. The Bayern Lande is ok because I can buy online but we have to buy the bit between Frankfurt and Aschaffenburg, and that's in the Frankfurt area and I can't work out how we can buy it online. Wow, the trouble we go to drink a few seidlas of Franken bier - I hope the brewers appreciate our sacrifices! |
