| Bamberg has since 20 years the service "Anruf-Linien-Taxi" It is a coooperation with the Bamberg Taxigenossenschaft (a community of the Bamberg taxi drivers). If the bus lines have closed, but not later than 2.00 a.m. (friday and saturday) and 1.30 a.m. (sonday to thursday). You can - call the telephon number (0951) 14443 - 30 minutes before You want the taxi - You have to say the starting point and the end station. - You have to pay the normal price for the bus and an extra charge (Komfortgebühr) of 1 € (for each person). So for groups it could be cheaper to pay the normal taxi charge. This ALT service exists only for the following bus lines: 901 – ZOB - Bahnhof - Gartenstadt - Bahnhof - ZOB 904 – ZOB - Friedhof - Hallstadt - Friedhof - ZOB 906 – ZOB - Konzerthalle - Gaustadt - Bischberg - Gaustadt - Konzerthalle - ZOB 910 – ZOB - Michelsberg - Wildensorg - Michelsberf - ZOB 914 – ZOB - Kramersfeld - Gundelsheim - Kramersfeld - ZOB 916 – ZOB - Schweinfurter Str. - Gaustadt - Schweinfurter Str. - ZOB 918 – ZOB - Klinikum - Bug - Klinikum - ZOB 919 – ZOB - Hafen - ZOB 930 – ZOB - P+R Heinrichsdamm - ZOB For other lines like 902 there exists a night bus line (No. 935). I have asked Bamberg Country per email. --- A further information for all guests who use the Bamberg bus night lines. You can deboarding the bus between two stations. Ask the bus driver for a "Nachtstop" and declare where You want to have a stop. He has to decide if it isn't too dangerous. And he will stop the bus only once between to regular stations.
