Hi guys. I'm staying in Bamberg at Frank's pad for a few days next week and have some days out arranged if anyone was interested in coming along. Tuesday. 15/06 1038 Train to Coburg then bus to Birkach (Br. Eller); Bus to Untersiemau (Br, Murmann) and try and find a pub or shop selling the beer; bus to Kaltenbrunn (Br. Schleicher - DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY ARE STILL OPEN AFTER THE FIRE IN NOV '09?. From there, bus to Coburg and trainback to Bamberg. 1635 Bus to Melkendorf and Br. Winkler).back in Bamberg at 1825. Wednesday 16/06 - no plans yet but probably a visit to Zeil (Br. goller) and Buttenheim. Thursday 17/06 - 0809 train to Erlangen, the bus to Adelsdorf (Br. Rittmayer in Aisch), then bus and walk to Neuhaus (Br. Lowenbrau); walk and bus to Hochstadt (Br. Blauer Lowe); taxi to Schlussefeld and (Br. Adler and Stern Brau). 1610 bus back to Bamberg, then train to Forchheim and train to Pretzfeld for the newly opened Nikl Brau. Friday 18/06 - Train to Forcheim then Ebermannstadt (Br. Schwannenbrau and Sonne), and then drift back slowly doing Br.Alt, Drummer and Thuisbrunner. Saturday 19/06 - Zoigl bier hunt to Eslarn and Mitterteich with a trip back via Neuhaus i.d Pegnitz for more Zoigl. Anyone want to come along feel free. We can share the cost of the Bayernkarte. Some of the days will require tickets at full price to get into postion as the Bayernkarte is not valid until 0930. My mobile is 00447939270027. Drop me a text or leave a reply to this message.
