Went by there today on my bike. Never was I so ready for a good beer. This one was terrible, vinegary and thin. I last had to two years ago and if you didn't know about it's past it was an OK beer (my Dad had never had it). This was practically undrinkable. The beer at Fischer, Freudeneck was also disappointing -- nowhere as bad as Sippel -- it tasted like there was a trace of cleaning chemicals somewhere in the process. It didn't taste infected just a bit chemical. No problem finishing it but no desire for another.
