Brauerei Wolf in Rüdenhausen has the best beer of the whole area, I think. It's one of my top ten. Great great beer! Especially the amber coloured dark beer. The problem with this brewery is, Mr. Wolf is alone and often either feeding his bulls or delivering beer. So the brewery tap is often closed. But even if you have to go there two or three times until you get a beer - it's really really worth the effort!
