Yes, German, Ericka and Gerhard are excellent people who will look after you, the Weisser Schwan is also another good b+b, which sells zoigl, also it is a butchers shop..so the food is v.good. I would go for at least a w/e when you know there is more choice of zoigl houses open. 'Gaudi' is a term which comes comes to mind. if you are at a table and having a good time, enjoy the atmosphere of the people, the beer etc..there is no rush, unless you've got a train to catch. They say rich and poor, master and apprentice all come to the table as one, everyone as an equal. some say 'hoppy is hoppy' very true, but there is something very unique about these people and the beer, I hope you find it to your liking.
