Brauhaus am Kreuzberg, as the new Friedel brewpub keller facility is called, has a beautiful, gigantic new kitchen that's great to look at. I've enjoyed everything I've eaten there, but some don't care for it, since it's beatiful, gigantic, and new. Roppelt's Keller remains my perennial favourite in the area, but I'm also a foreigner. Wish we had Kellerwetter right now, actually. As Mike says, Roppelt's stop lunch sometime between 14:00 and 14:30. Brotzeit doesn't start until sometime between 15:30 and 16:00. You should arrive earlier though!
