Don't know about a bar, but I would advice you not to venture out of the station for the following reasons: - you have less than an hour, and if your train is late arriving even less; - rush hour is on its way then; - the ALEX train to Weiden will be crowded, if you want to have a good seat, be there early! Btw, that train also has a portion for Prague, make sure you get in the right part, i.e. the part going to Hof.
