| There can be bus services from Weiden to Eslarn, and Wiesau to Mitterteich. also there is one taxi service in w.bach/Neuhaus where you could do a visit to falkenberg (could do with a few of you to share the cost). These are of course subject to availability and the zoigl establishments being open.....some serious planning needed. Cheb can be a dangerous place....keep your wits about you, and hold on to your wallet. The locals in Wbach warned us to be careful there, when we visited we went in the daylight and left in the daylight.....keep your wallet safe...some nice beers and the 'main square' is worth a visit. the station area can be very seedy. there are also other reachable towns on the other side of the border, I think the John White website has some info on these. Eslarn is a unique zoigl (rare game herbs I think). Regards |
