Tasting of belgian beers at Café Abseits, Bamberg

I hope they don't deliver to Bamberg, South Carolina http://www.bambergsc.com/ But I have filled the formula correctly (Bamberg, Germania, Bavaria). But it should be a mistake. There are no customs frontier, no bureaucracy, only the transportation. I don't understand the difference. The way Aachen - Bamberg is not much longer than Belgium - Bamberg.
